carsten iversen
director, business development
Carsten brings a wealth of experience in consulting, business investigation and information brokering. As the Business Development Director of Executive Learning Center in Germany, Carsten is responsible for understanding the learning consulting and training and development needs of German companies bound for and/or doing business in China.

Most recently, he had been acting a discreet liaison during set-up phase and later on as representative for German-Asian business cooperation. He had been involved in projects for various Chinese outsourcing/off-shoring companies in the field of clean technology and environment.
Prior to his information brokering and off-shoring projects, Carsten was employed at Citibank Germany in the field of client investigation and reference checking. He has been promoted as a specialist in dealing with English speaking customers and for Citibank units abroad on transaction basis.
In 2004, Carsten co-founded an ad agency providing concepts and developing marketing campaigns for their clients. Prior to that, he was working as a trainer for a multimedia news designer in Germany. In that capacity, his company has won TV and print awards such as the German media prize “Kornfield Media Preis 2003 for highly innovative media concept and strategy.
Carsten is also currently a co-host and co-producer of weekly German language radio talk show called “2:1 – Themen der Woche.”

julia feng
managing director
Julia completed her Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Rutgers University in 2003. As Managing Director and co-founder of Executive Learning Center, Julia is responsible for developing the over-all corporate strategy and direction. She has been leading the company since 2005 and has been instrumental to winning and completing projects for companies such as Continental Automotive Systems, Lenze AG, B. Braun Medical (Shanghai) and Bayer.

Julia has been also active in moderating the XING Shanghai Community with membership of over 8,000 people from different professions and business interests. With tremendous energy for networking and connecting people, Julia tireless works for the development of this community to bring learning and social meeting into one platform.
In the past, Julia had worked in bring the Peter Drucker Executive Development Program to Shanghai and she had been active in organizing public seminars on Business Creativity, Analytical Techniques for Decision-Making and Public Speaking.
Julia is married to Ramil Cueto, with one daughter who FeiFei and currently is based in Shanghai, China. |

Ramil is co-founder of Executive Learning Center. He has been responsible, since the company inception, for sales and marketing function and alongside Julia Feng has developed over 20 key clients in the last four (4) years. He has been involved in implementing projects for companies such Umicore, Analog Devices, Bax Global, Johnson & Johnson Medical and Spirax Sarco Engineering.

Ramil completed his Master of Arts degree in International Economic and Political Assessment from Dominican University of California in 1990. He has worked for companies such as Reuters Limited and Sun Microsystems (Phils) Inc. and had been responsible for sales and account management roles since early part of his career.
In 1999, Ramil started his first business venture in software development and had successfully installed billing and customer relation management software for water districts in the Philippines. He still continues to lead a software development team creating web database applications.
Ramil moved to Shanghai in early 2004 as a project manager for an American call center providing BPO solutions to foreign companies doing business in China. However, at the end of the same year, he decided to establish Executive Learning Center with Julia Feng and has been working in this company since early 2005.
An avid systems thinker and information technology enthusiast, Ramil is responsible for implementing the company website and all the new web-based applications Executive Learning Center is now providing to its clientele. Most currently, Executive Learning Center delivered a learning support system to help manage a 14-month leadership development program it is currently developing for one of its key European client for their operation in China.
